Project Manager - Joinery

Join a well-established commercial joinery company and take the lead in delivering high-end joinery projects from concept to completion.

Evolve Talent is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a reputable commercial joinery company based in South Western Sydney NSW.

Position Details:

Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday (8-10 hours per day)
Salary: $130k-$140k + Car + OT

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret project contracts, architectural drawings, and construction documents
• Analyse tender drawings, variations, and ensure alignment with quoted prices
• Conduct full material requirement assessments and order materials
• Complete site measures and develop detailed project plans
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, production teams, installers, and site foremen
• Issue work orders and monitor production schedules
• Monitor project performance, cost control, and ensure budgets are achieved
• Lead initial and final project meetings
• Uphold WHS practices and promote continuous improvement

Candidate Requirements:

• Joinery Trade background + 3-4 years’ experience in Joinery Project Management
• Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing and installation
• Ability to manage client relationships and lead teams effectively
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
